Much appreciated - always love military or college band finds.

wow! thank you! I just need to wait until the traffic counter resets because it's currently exhausted. do you happen to have the Air Force Rock Band's "Mach One" LP? that would be great too!

Can someone else post this on mediafire or google drive?

Quimsy said...

Guys please.

This file along with the majority of others is still working subject to a RS daily allowance.
In fact, original links from 7 years ago are still valid! Name another blog where that is the case.
I do not post links to irritate people.

Thanks Quimsy. You are one of the few blog owners that get me excited when they post. I know it's going to be good before I listen.

I'll see how these fly.

I've really been enjoying these, Quimsy. Many thanks for the introduction. Are they tracks from across the LPs, or just one of them? I don't seem to be able to find one record with all the tracks in this order. I'm interested in tracking down some more.

Quimsy said...

tracks are tagged by year & are compiled from the LPs shown

It is good to see you around, Quimsy. Many thanks for these and all that you share with us. I particularly appreciate these becasue I got to spend a week of high school summer vacation in the early 70s at a college jazz camp with Tim Eyerman as the guest artist, and it was a wonderful experience. Got to be exposed to a big-time jazz reed man and the influence of the Airmen of Note on his style.

The service bands have always attracted and produced top musicians, so these recordings are a blast to listen to. Thanks!

Listened to your post now, and wondering why there are only 12 tracks for all of these LP's? will there be more posts in the future?

Hello Quimsy,

Is there any chance of a re-up? I realized I never dl'ed this originally due to the counter issue!
